How did it get so cold so fast?

So first we got snow and then we get the incredibly cool temps in the single digits early this morning and will again for the next few nights. How soft we get when we are not used to this extreme cold after enjoying the warmer temperatures we got in late November.

Ran for 40 minutes tonight with the daytime temps at a balmy 27 degrees and actually felt pretty good until I turned in to the teeth of the wind. Ran straight in to what Lou Rawls called, "the Hawk!" Ouch

Tomorrow it is on to Columbus and Massillon, OH for the night followed by Cleveland, OH and then Pittsburgh, PA with Trek guy, Bob Myers. Coming down the home stretch for the 2006 on the road show, as after this week, it will be New York City as the wrap up for the year.
